What to write about

A correction to a state list or rule
An approved-platform list, a retention period, a statute cite or a fee figure on one of our pages that no longer matches the state's own source. Include the page link and, if you can, the source that shows the change.
A vendor fact
Something we say about a RON platform, an electronic journal, an e-seal or certificate provider or an insurer that is wrong or out of date. Point us to the vendor's own published page.
A vendor asking to be checked
You make a platform or tool for notaries. Send links to your published documentation and the state lists you appear on. We read it the way we read every vendor's; writing in does not by itself add you to a comparison or change a verdict.
A question
About one of our tools, a guide, or how we read a state's rule. We cannot give legal advice or say how to complete a particular notarization; your commissioning authority answers those.

Paste a signer's personal information, ID images, journal entries or anything from a session recording into a message, even to show us a problem. Describe it in words instead.

We answer the messages that need an answer, by email, but we cannot promise a reply to each one or a date for a change. When a correction checks out against the state's or the vendor's own source, we update the page.
