Terms of use

By using Juratkit you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: we read the rules and the platforms so you can check them faster, and you stay responsible for your own notarial acts.

What this site is

Juratkit publishes comparisons of remote online notarization platforms, readings of the approved-platform lists that states publish, guides, and small tools for notaries. Juratkit is not a law firm, a notary public, a commissioning authority or a notarization platform, and it is not affiliated with any state office.

Nothing on the site is legal advice. Your state's statute, its rules and its commissioning authority govern what you may do. Every reading of a rule or a list here is dated; before you rely on one, check the state's own current text and, where you are unsure, ask your commissioning authority.

Platform information

What we say about a platform comes from the state lists and from the platform's own published documentation on the date shown on the page. Platforms change their features and terms; confirm anything you depend on with the platform before you sign up. Product names belong to their owners.

The tools

The tools give a starting point, not a ruling. A date or a checklist result is only as good as the rule and the facts you put in, so read the result against your state's rule before you act on it.

We link to state offices, statutes and platforms so you can read the source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and current but do not promise that every page is complete or up to date, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions go to the contact page.
