States we cover that publish no approval list
Four more states have a comparison here even though none of them approves platforms by list. In each, the comparison reads every platform against the state's rule instead.
- Texas TX keeps no approved provider list and says it cannot recommend providers. RON platforms for Texas notaries (the state's page, read )
- Florida FL posts the providers that filed its annual self-certification; the state says that is not an endorsement. RON platforms for Florida notaries (the state's page, read )
- Virginia VA lists no vendors and puts compliance on the electronic notary. RON platforms for Virginia notaries (the state's page, read )
- Washington WA had no technology list on the notary pages we read; you name your software when you apply for the remote endorsement. RON platforms for Washington notaries (the state's page, read )
