State rules and approved lists
4 comparisons, 8 state lists, 3 guides, 1 tool
Your commissioning state decides whether you may notarize remotely, what you file before the first session and which technology counts. Some states print a list of platforms they have approved, and that list is the first thing to check; a platform's own claim of approval is not the same thing.
The state pages read each published list as the state writes it, with the date we read it. Where a state approves no platform and leaves compliance with the notary, the state comparison reads every platform against that state's rule instead.
Every published list is also in one table on the state RON platform lists, and the notary tools work from the same state records.
